With every transaction I've had with the team at E-commerce Exchange since coming on board in 2001, I have been treated as if I were the only customer you have. It prompted me to contact you again when I wanted a virtual terminal connection so I could take and post credit card payments online. I checked out Paypal, too, since I have a Paypal shopping cart account that came with my website features, but was not pleased with their hidden rates and online -only application. I wanted the human touch and found it once again with folks like Ray Folland and David Ginsberg who handled the paperwork and setup.
